Asset Recovery Group, Inc, a leading Accounts Receivable Management firm, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The Role: The BDA will be responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities in the state of Washington, selling to customers across multiple markets including Healthcare, Finance, Education, Utilities, Commercial and Retail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Identifying new opportunities, cold calling and acquiring new clients - Building client relationships - Selling our services with a consultative approach - Maintaining sales, leads, and pipeline statistics - Formulating a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Attending and participating in sales meetings, conferences and trade shows Qualifications: - At least 1 year experience in a sales role or similar position - Previous sales experience working in a B2B environment a plus - Strong work ethic and goal oriented with a desire to be successful - Enthusiastic and out-going personality - Self-motivated - Team player with a positive attitude - Comfortable meeting new people, networking and cold calling - Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) - Working skill/knowledge in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Ability to travel occasionally.
