Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour

Job Description

Industrial Services Company has a need for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This individual must have a strong attention to detail, verbal communication skills, and a sense of urgency to accomplish goals. Candidate should possess a background in sales, customer service and have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Duties Include:

  • Meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service
  • Efficiently process customer telephone and email inquiries
  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete quotes and orders for customers
  • Identify and articulate customer needs
  • Support sales activities and quotes in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Efficiently process and enter information using MS Excel

Qualifications:

  • Business Degree, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience conducting analysis using MS Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience working in a high-performance team setting
  • Must possess good job stability.
