45 Temporary full-time positions (May 31, 2018 to January 31, 2019).

Job Location: Black Hawk, CO.
Carry linens, towels, toilet items & cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways & other areas to insure health standards are met. Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays & transport all trash & to waste disposal areas. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies & bathroom items. Clean rugs, carpets, furniture & draperies. Inspect physical condition of facilities to determine type of work required. Keep storage areas & carts well stocked, clean & tidy. Examine work performed to ensure it meets established standards. Experience not required. Must pass pre-employment drug & background checks.
Ameristar screens all applicants through drug tests & background checks, including domestic & H-2B visa employees. This includes seasonal & full-time annual positions. These standards are applied to all applicants regardless of their national origin, race, or gender. All employment background checks & drug tests are directed by Ameristar's security department, which is trained to facilitate all background checks & drug tests. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends & holidays. Minimum of 35 hours per week 4 or 5 work shifts a week. Open 7-days a week (holidays included). Shift schedule start & end times & days off vary depending on work demand Standard daily shift will be 9am 5:30pm. OT as needed only.
Workers will be paid no less than $10.74 per hour; Overtime: $16.11 per hour, paid Bi-wkly. Will use single workweek as standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law including state taxes. Employer does not offer housing but will assist workers in locating local housing.

Transportation & subsistence to the place of employment: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange & pay directly for transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of $12.07 per day during travel to a max. of $51.00 per day with receipts. Will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job. Workers are responsible for their own daily transportation to & from the worksite. Employer does not offer transportation but will assist workers in locating daily transportation.
