The Conway Housing Authority (CHA) in Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Deputy Director. An immediate and long-term goal of the CHA is to build, as well as preserve, affordable housing in Conway. We are seeking, therefore, an energetic Deputy Director with professional experience in property development; an individual qualified to oversee and manage every phase of affordable housing development from concept to completion.
Once employed with CHA the candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to the below listed items, the starting salary will be based on experience:

The ideal candidate will have the following education, training, and work background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: real estate, property management, finance, construction management, urban planning, or architecture (although education in other fields are acceptable).
- A minimum of five year’s work experience in a senior management position of an established private, public and/or non-profit organization that required oversight of property development.
