We're now hiring a Full-time/Part-time (10 - 45 hrs/week $32.00/hour) Administrative Assistant & Executive Office Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities -Process and distribute appraisal reports. -Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment -Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner -Manage communication including emails and phone calls -Provide general administrative support Qualifications -1-2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience -Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office -Strong verbal and written communication skills -High degree of attention to detail -Working knowledge of general office equipment -BENEFITS:- -Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Days,Paid Vacation, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Periodical Training And Re-training.
