Position Purpose
Under the general direction of the Director of TRiO Student Success and College Access programs, this position is responsible for providing assistance to the Director, as well as coordinating operations for the TRiO programs, including managing daily office operations, supervising office support staff, responsibility for organizing and modifying office workflow and procedures, reconciling budgets, performing database maintenance, leading the preparation of Annual Performance Reports, and monitoring program procedures for compliance with Department of Education policies.
This is a full-time, overtime eligible Project position in Student and Academic Support Services, TRiO Programs on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is funded through August 31st, 2020 and may be extended depending on continued grant funding.
Salary and Benefits: $2,943 – $3,922 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
