Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst, you will provide qualitative and quantitative analyses that enable the company to meet its growth goals and become more efficient. You will prepare recommendations for senior management and the Board.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates enterprise and practice-level opportunities to reduce waste and/or support switching to clinically equivalent but lower-priced products
- Assists Field Operations and Imagen Dentists with generating insights that help practices double in size organically in 5 years or less. Supports execution of the Imagen Growth Plan process.
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to move quickly on multiple simultaneous analysis projects as assigned.
- Partners with key functions beyond Operations. Develops an understanding of how the organization functions in the field and at headquarters. Uses that understanding like an entrepreneur, looking for opportunities for improvement projects.
- Does not simply produce analysis, helps implement projects that launch from the analytics. Tracks measurable results.
- Prepares recommendations and other outputs for senior management and the Board
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and vendors to gather relevant information to support analyses
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in analytics and reporting
- Must possess intellectual curiosity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, meritocratic organization
- Strong acumen in financial modeling and related analysis
- Quantitative focus
- Strong presentation skills including preparation of PowerPoint decks which will be presented to the CEO
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions illustrating opportunity, risks, and alternative options
- If no dental background, ability to understand Dental Office Operations including care delivery, HR and Revenue Cycle
- Project management, detail orientation and multitasking skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated and prepared to undertake all projects with a sense of urgency and work in a self-directed manner
