DSI Office Administrator
JBT Corporation has a position available for a DSI Office Administrator in the Redmond, WA facility.
This position is responsible for:
Arrange and maintain building services, repairs, supplies, and other related items for the Redmond facility. Administrative duties as required. Negotiate and manage external contracts for facility systems and services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to five years’ experience in office management with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in coordinating people and events. Experience in negotiating with contractors and getting them to perform.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative to complete difficult assignments.
- Above average interpersonal skills for the inter-departmental, customer interaction and executive contacts.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to use advanced, department-specific software packages.
- Must have the ability to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively with interruptions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information or issues required.
- Registered notary preferred.
