About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our human resources team. In this role, you will design and implement a domestic talent acquisition process and strategy that integrates our values and brand to attract a diverse group of top talent. You will help fine tune our recruitment capabilities and assist in developing scalable process and systems to support our global growth initiatives. You will develop compelling brand strategies that enhance the organization's visibility in the marketplace and leverage data analytics for making program and process improvements. You will also provide leadership, support and vision to an emerging area of a growing organization.
Some of What You'll Do
Create and implement an innovative Talent Acquisition strategy and process aligned with business objectives and future workforce planning needs across all organizational geography.
Build and drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes across the company
Drive enhancements to our overall recruiting practices, including leveraging new technologies, interviewer training workshops, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion programs.
Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment process, and develop creative sourcing strategies that excite and engage candidates.
Manage requisition load, as needed. Partner with VP HR on senior level talent searches.
Evaluate recruitment program effectiveness, to include team performance metrics, applicant tracking, data integrity, and pipeline health.
Partner with Compensation to conduct competitive analysis related to candidate and industry market trends. Compile, analyze and present data and metrics to support business decisions.
Partner to develop a talent brand that effectively portrays the unique and innovative culture at KCU. Develop ongoing employer branding presence via social media and other innovative engagement tactics to elicit interest in the organization.
Lead implementation of all talent acquisition initiatives and software systems with recruitment team, stakeholders and hiring partners.
Establish key metrics and reporting of recruiting statistics and data.
What You'll Bring
7 or more years' experience and expertise managing the full life cycle recruiting experience (professional service & retail) within a domestic organization.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Demonstrated knowledge with applicant tracking systems.
Experience working with corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Proven track record in designing and implementing professional services to include sales, technical and non-technical recruiting strategies that yield hiring results; utilizing external resources effectively.
Experience managing, coaching and growing a recruiting department.
