Engineering Positions
Lakehaven Water and Sewer District has two immediate openings in the Engineering Department.
The Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination, administration, planning, review and development of engineering designs, plans, and specifications of assigned public works projects relating to both water and sewer utility systems. This position is also responsible for overseeing the activities associated with water and sewer system improvements pertaining to land development projects, as assigned, and overseeing the activities associated with new water and sewer service connections for District customers. Coordinates, as needed, with other departments and/or manages consulting contracts.
The Project/Development Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and managing the District’s Development Engineering section and overseeing the activities associated with water and sewer system improvements pertaining to land development projects and also oversees the activities associated with new water and sewer service connections for District customers. Also has responsibility for coordination, administration, planning, review and development of engineering designs, plans, and specifications of assigned public works projects relating to both water and sewer utility systems. Coordinates with other departments and/or managing consulting contracts, as needed.
Position placement and pay is dependent upon experience and qualifications. The pay range is $50.31 - $66.01/hour.
