The Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients in their residence to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in physical therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Two years of experience as a physical therapist. One year of experience in providing rehabilitative therapy to a variety of patients including the elderly. Community/home health experience preferred.
