Educare Early Learning Center has an exciting opportunity for an Mentor Teacher, Preschool (ages 3-5) to provide instructional leadership and reflective/administrative support to Head Start early learning teaching staff. The position is based in White Center and provides services to children and families in the multi-cultural communities of White Center and Burien.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in early childhood education or field related to child development (BA degree in related field with progressively responsible job-related experience may substitute for MA)

- Experience providing mentoring and supervisory support to early childhood teaching staff.
Other: experience working with children ages birth to five; Head Start, ECEAP, or other comprehensive preschool experience preferred. Planning & delivering adult child development training & mentoring/supervising early learning staff a plus. Prefer experience with diverse and/or low-income populations.
Position located in White Center, Washington. Schedule: Full-time, year-round. Salary: $61,090 - $70,845/year. Salary offers consider candidate qualifications, experience and internal equity. Open until filled.
